We had a restful, refreshing, wonderful vacation. We stayed 9 days all-inclusive and out of our past 10 holidays in Mexico, this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly. The pools, grounds and landscaping were meticulously maintained. The rooms were clean, well-stocked and included a small kitchenette. We enjoyed the restaurants, especially the flavours, quality of food and the servers at the Tomattilos and Japanese restaurants (excellent service from Miguel and Luis at Tomattilos and all the staff at the Japanese restaurant!) We really enjoyed getting up early and walking the trail into Bucerias and exploring the nearby town and it's beaches. Thank you for a terrific vacation!
We have been traveling to this resort and other locations in Mexico for the last 8 years. It never disappoints great customer service,cleanliness, safe, we always feel welcome. If an item gets lost , they’re always really good about looking and returning it. There was a time that we left the hotel to go check out, and I had left some earbuds on the bed, they called the front desk within 15 minutes and they returned the item. Will definitely be returning with my family.
We’ve been going to Puerto Vallarta for many years but we decided to try VDP Flamingos in Nayarit this year. Everyone at the resort was helpful, the food was good and everything kept clean. Antonio (Bell Man) was extremely helpful as were all the concierge staff. Taco bar staff were fabulous and a great place for lunch and a cocktail. Expensive to get to PV but Bucerías is close with many restaurants and stores.
Had a great family visit with our 9 year olds. Kids Club was a first for us and a welcomed way to get a bit of a parenting break on a family vacation. Pool was nice, walkable to Bucerías and a grocery store. Restaurants were fine, but we preferred off site for both cost and quantity. Will be back at some point.
We always have the best family vacations at Villa del Palmar Flamingos. Our fantastic servers Conrado and Jorge make our annual trip memorable and we look forward to seeing them each year. They provide exceptional service and they are the main reason we keep coming back.
If you’re looking for a clean, family friendly, easy to navigate property, this is the place for you- and don’t forget to ask for Jorge and Conrado at the pool.

This place is truly amazing, my home away from home It starts as soon as you arrive-the bellmen make you feel welcome- all of them. From their welcome words to their taking care of your stuff to getting a taxi, they take care of your needs- Antonio, Alonso, Luis, Eduardo, Alberto and Oswaldo. Most likely, this outstanding crew will be back year after year. Then the concierges - Bertha and Lucy among others, take care of your needs from helping with the check in to making dinner reservations. What I like to do is stand in the middle of a pool and look around to see how beautiful and well maintained the place is
We recently returned from Villas del Palmar. We enjoyed it so much. We did not want to come home.From the panoramic views of the bay the beautiful sandy beach and the magnificent pool. Reggie, the pool manager was still there doing a wonderful job. It really was like coming home. All rooms that we have stayed at have been spotlessly clean. We have always felt safe there, but for those who are nervous, the security is excellent. We enjoyed the restaurants the walks to Bucerios and the proximity of the fully stocked supermarket, which had everything from booze to chicken. The welcome is always warm and the staff in the front lobby from the doorman to the front desk, including Iris, Cesar, Erik, Patty, and Jami we’re always so helpful. I noticed that they now have streaming TV, including Netflix, which is great for keeping the children occupied when they’re tired of swimming in the pool. We are looking forward to going next year.
The servers in the Mexican restaurant were really great. Especially Andres and his crew Patron David Elias Jenny Enrique and Rofo. Top notch service. Facilities were wonderful. The beach was great. The food was fantastic. The room accommodations were very nice.
The staff is phenomenal. Especially Miguel. He’s the best!! He seems to love his job and makes the visitors happy, He serves at the beach and pool area, always with a smile and friendly quick service. The food was also great. We can’t wait to come back!
This was our second trip to Villa Del Palmar Flamingos. We are planning a third just as we are getting back. The resort is beautiful. The service is absolutely incredible.
Just got back from a month at Flamingos. The Bartenders are so amazing! Maria, Adaulto, Alfredo, Isac, Zully, and Humberto all made our stay very special. They are not only staff, but have become our friends! The Bell Staff are all so helpful! Antonio, Luis and Oswaldo are awesome! The pool staff's service was outstanding! The resort is beautiful and the grounds workers never stop! Can't wait to come back next year!
We have been coming to this resort for years. The staff are amazing and so attentive! We move around the pool so that we can have our favourite server Alex, he looks after us and honestly makes our stay so welcoming!

I think this resort is the nicest one in Nuevo Vallarta!! Very well maintained and staffed. Everyone treats you too notch when you stay there. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Our place to be when we go to Mexico!!! You won't be disappointed if you stay there!

Staff go over board to make your stay wonderful. We were greeted with a room with two queen beds. Abit disappointed. Staff did their best to find us a king bed after two days. We would be honored to be welcomed back by staff to try again. Let us know.

Gorgeous property, wonderful service
We love the spa here. Very relaxing, it is one of the best we have seen at a resort. The staff pampers you like nobody else. We have done sugar scrubs, tequila massages and who knows what else over our visits here. Definitely want to make it a stop on a visit.
My husband and I stayed with some friends at Villa del Palmar Flamingos and were so impressed with the attention and service we were given. All the staff treated us with a smile and made sure everything was satisfactory. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We always have a fantastic time at this resort. The bellboy, Antonio, does an amazing job of recommending restaurants, getting my young adult daughters taxi drivers to get them to and from safely. Always a hug when we arrive and depart!

I come here every year with my family and we’re always very impressed with the service we receive at the pool. This year Isabel was our server most days and was wonderful; she was very attentive, sweet, and funny!
Wonderful staff, exceptional hospitality. Shout out to Betty who kicked my butt in aquasize! Natali, Isobel, Cristobal and Alex to name a few of the fantastic servers we had. Alex from activities for the Salsa lesson. Great time had by the whole family!

Having just arrived for a week, we’re very happy w/our choice! The suites have an ocean view (we got one on the 7th floor of 8) and are really well-appointed: en suite, kitchen, two large beds, fridge, cookstove, microwave, large closet w/safe... Great choice!!
