1.- Promotion is valid from June 01, 2022 to September 30, 2022, for travel between June 01, 2022, and January 02, 2023 (dates are subject to change) at Villa del Palmar Flamingos.

2.-Resort Credits are only available for reservations with arrivals from August 1 to September 30, 2022. Resort Credits are issued once per booking and require a minimum stay of three nights. The resort credit is valid on surcharged menu items, upgrades, “Romantic Dinner” on the beach (when available), “Private In-Suite Chef” (when available and applicable only in the One-Bedroom Suite and up), premium beverages and bottles of wine, select regular-price spa services, wireless Internet access, laundry and dry cleaning service, in-room telephone calls, and/or the Kids' Club. Resort credits can not be used at the Delicatessen, Palmita Market or applied toward room service delivery fees or the in-room mini-bar. Gratuities are not included. The credit will be applied to the final statement upon check-out. Any unused portion of the credit is non transferable, nonrefundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Resort Credit Restrictions: Resort Credits are per booking and require a minimum length of stay, The credit will be applied to the final statement upon check-out. The amount of the Resort Credits may vary based on the posted exchange rate at the time of check-out at the Resort. 3.- Kids Eat Free are only available for reservations with arrivals from August 1 to September 30, 2022. Children up to 12 years old may stay and eat for free (1 per paying adult) on the Room Only or All Inclusive Plan only when the total number of guests does not exceed the selected room's maximum capacity. Children who stay free at our resorts on the Room Only Plan are entitled to a free meal from our kids’ menu when accompanied by an adult ordering and paying for a meal from the regular menu (one child per paying adult).

5.- This offer is subject to availability at the time of booking and is not available on group reservations. Total or partial refunds are not applicable on early departures. *Added values are not available on reservations from December 20th to January 2nd.
